What is PayLink?

PayLink is private claiming infrastructure for USDG on Robinhood Chain. Instead of sending assets straight to a wallet address, you lock value into a one-time vault and share a claim link. The recipient unlocks it with a 4 digit code — no wallet address ever has to be exchanged up front.
